Interested in exploring medieval romance further? In support of the exhibition, we are also offering a range of other activities and supporting information. Take advantage of lunchtime talks by experts from Oxford, Cambridge and Glasgow, schools visits, links and ideas for reading, and an exciting new performance work that fuses storytelling with music.

Teachers, bring your class to the historic Bodleian Library!

FREE school visits to the exhibition with study space

We are offering the opportunity for KS2 (years 5 & 6) and A level students to visit the Bodleian Library and The Romance of the Middle Ages exhibition.

Expert introduction and discussion sessions with the curator may also be available on request.

A visit would be ideal for extending KS2 or A level classroom work and for students hoping to study English at university.

Booking is essential.
